Information in your inquiry.

The contact form asks for your name, work email, organization, country or jurisdiction, organization type, area of interest, type of help, and project description. It also includes the selected service and originating service or solution page where available. We use this information to understand and respond to your inquiry and discuss an appropriate scope.

Please do not include confidential facility records, passwords, or sensitive personal information. This form has no file-upload feature.

FormSubmit and Google Workspace.

When you submit the form, your browser sends the inquiry to FormSubmit.co, which processes submissions and forwards them to info@terrajectory.com. Our email is hosted in Google Workspace. FormSubmit may present a Google reCAPTCHA spam check before completing the submission; the provider controls that check and its submission pages.

FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. Copies delivered to our Google Workspace mailbox are separate from that provider archive. See FormSubmit’s documentation, its privacy information, and Google’s privacy information for their descriptions of processing.

Email alternatives and retention questions.

You can email info@terrajectory.com directly instead. The optional email-draft tool prepares text on your device; selecting that alternative does not submit the form. Sending the email from your email app is your action.

Inquiry correspondence may remain in our Google Workspace mailbox and its backups. For questions about your inquiry, retention, or requests to access, correct, or delete information you provided, contact info@terrajectory.com. We will consider the request in light of applicable requirements and any ongoing engagement.

Website requests and browser preferences.

The website host handles technical connection information needed to serve pages, such as request addresses and browser details. Form and spam-protection providers may also process technical request information under their own policies.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled through our hosting setup. It uses a measurement script to help us understand page visits and page-load performance. Cloudflare describes Web Analytics as privacy-first and says it does not track individual end users across its customers’ websites. See Cloudflare’s description and data-collection information.

Our website code does not send your name, email address, organization, project message, or other form-field contents to analytics. There is no advertising integration. We store your motion preference locally in your browser so that a paused animation can stay paused. The website code does not save your inquiry in browser storage; your browser may independently offer its own autofill features.
